DLO has been a licensed quality contractor in the City of Cottage Grove for many years. DLO performs, excavation, poured concrete walls, drain tile, sewer water installations, and flat work, as well as other general excavation & concrete work. Owner Don Oreskovich has been very diligent to assure high quality and compliant workmanship from all his employees. DLO has been very good to work with and comes highly recommended.                 

In the approximate 30 year that I have been a general contractor I have used a number of excavators & cement contractors.  I must say that I have never had a more professional, organized contractor than DLO.  Everything they do from the excavating, to the formed walls to the flat work has been excellent.  Ultimately the most positive thing to say about every person at DLO is their great attitude.  They treat me with respect, they ask, they don’t tell me how to build.  They will always make suggestions to improve the job rather than just pushing through.  They have made my job a lot easier.

DLO Excavating has performed all excavation work for my firm for over fifteen years.  Several years ago the addition of poured foundations has helped to streamline my building process utilizing a “one-call” method to complete our excavation, foundation & waterproofing system.  Overall the company and its employees are very conscientious and work closely with the Builder to provide dependable and quality service at a fair price and in a timely manner.

Thank you DLO! I now have the most beautiful driveway around! It's not often you will hear a person say "my driveway is beautiful," but my color stamped concrete driveway is beautiful. And not only do I think so, but many people who stop by on a daily basis think so too.

I want you to know that I’ve been working with many contractors as an Engineer at 3M, throughout the United Sates for the past 15 years.  It is obvious that we rely heavily on the work of our contractors for success on projects that establish 3M’s manufacturing capabilities and revenue.  I can compare DLO’s performance to that.  You are top notch!

Please accept this note to say thanks for such a great job and great service.  I am impressed with your ability to coordinate so much equipment, materials and labor in such an efficient way.  You are well prepared, well equipped and very skilled at what you do.  Not only did everyone on the project work hard and do a great job, they took the time to discuss details with me.  You definitely made the extra effort to make sure that everything worked out the way that I wanted it.  I really appreciate this.

This project is so important to me.  It’s my dream workshop that I’ve been thinking about for a very long time.  It’s finally rolling and it only took you a week to get the site ready and the basement in, just like you said.  It’s a perfect project so far!

We wanted to take the time to express to you our satisfaction with the job you performed at the above address.  We had problems with the concrete poured for our slab and we were very concerned about whether you would back it up or not, but we were pleasantly surprised by your full cooperation.  Dean was wonderful to us.  We really felt that we could trust him from the start.  He knew that there were problems and he took care of us wonderfully.  He was knowledgeable and very professional at all times.  He absolutely seemed to fully understand our entire project.  Hopefully you consider him to be a large asset to your company.

I am a framer by profession and work behind many different concrete contractors.  The foundation DLO poured for me was the most square and level foundation I’ve ever worked with.  Keep up the good work!

My entire career has been in the building industry and working with DLO for the past few years has saved me a lot of time & money.  They have a very friendly and professional staff.  I really like their complete package – it saves me at least two weeks during the building process.  I do small remodeling jobs as well as new home construction and in either case their system works the best!
